Service terms, RICA verification, upfront and recurring payments, mobile data subscriptions, cancellations and network feasibility.
The monthly billing addendum allows the 1st, 15th or 25th for separately authorized PayFast collections. A billing preference alone never authorizes recurring payments.
Fee update (effective 5 November 2026) — also set out in the PDF below:
- Once-off activation fee: R125 per fibre, LTE/5G or VoIP service; R15 per monthly mobile-data subscription. Charged with the first payment only, never monthly.
- Once-off courier delivery fee: R165 per order whenever something is couriered — LTE/5G, hardware/routers, or a new SIM with monthly mobile data. Fibre, VoIP and keep-my-number mobile data carry no courier fee.
- Fibre installation fees, where applicable, are quoted per order. Hardware carries the manufacturer's factory warranty.
- Home LTE/5G requires an Afrinet-approved router that is unlocked or locked to the network; customers buy one from us or confirm they own an approved model.
- Fibre, LTE/5G and VoIP cancellation: one full calendar month's notice to the last day of a future month. Monthly mobile data can be cancelled anytime.
